How a beginner can publish a book of manga for the general public?

I am writing / illustrating a book of manga. It Shojo, and is my first manga. I use a pseudonym, I would like to publish with Kodansha, Tokyopop and Del Rey. I have no idea how, but I did some research the Internet, and am now brain dead. I mean, where can I retain the services of an editor? And how much does it cost? The manga is about 200 pages.
