Diamond Head is a British heavy metal group formed in 1976 in Stourbridge, England. They were a leading member of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM), and subsequently recognized by groups like Metallica and Megadeth as an important early influence.

Formed by school friends in 1976, Brian Tatler and Duncan Scott with Tatler playing guitar on a Cheap FUZZ Scott in Biscuit Tins.
