How can I lose weight and stay at a healthy weight, while maintaining a full figure?

He used 120 pounds overweight (yes, you've heard). I lost around 30-40 am and 90 pounds. overweight. I still exercise regularly and eat about 1500 calories per day. My question is this (if you have not already read the title): How can I keep a number while maintaining a healthy weight? I do not want to be super skinny or super fat. You seem to do well. You may want to increase the weight training three times a week. Everything else is great! I do not know what they are feeding is to get 1500 cal.
